6.  job is assistant to high performing real estate team.  Job qualifications:  manage multiple projects at once, understand real estate transaction end-to-end, highly organized, highly adept at multi-tasking.  Person will be managing keeping all purchases and sells on track and moving forward – coordinating the start to finish of each project.  Person will eventually get licensed.  Not expected to have this experience, we want to train the right person vs. hire someone with experience that is the wrong person.  I feel like a sharp, well organized, able to manage multiple things at once person is a great fit.  We can train them. Opportunity: The Accounting Intern will directly assist the Assistant Controller with a wide range of projects and activities in General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, and Collections.
This internship is designed to be both educational and practical. In this position, the intern will learn how to take skills he or she may have acquired in school and apply them in a Company environment.
