Well you made it through the summer and it is officially WEEK ONE of fall term 2014. Please make sure you are reading the weekly emails in detail or save them as a reference. Most of the information is also on the osubap.com website.
If you need additional guidance — the accounting faculty has gathered together information that we feel could assist you in navigating your academic and early professional accounting career. Please think about using it as a reference guide. You can find the “Accounting Strategy Guide: Navigating Through Your Academic and Professional Careers” online in two different locations.
1. OSU Business Site
2. BAP Reference Site
**Change to job posting/searching at OSU**
OSU’s new site for finding off-site — full-time and internship opportunities.
When searching for opportunities — search using the advance search, then entering the type of job and accounting. A key item — searching by the firm name may not be successful even if the firm has a job posting. The BAP officers are going to do a demonstration at the first meeting (Wed. Oct. 1st at 6pm in AH 222) and during classes. But you need to use the advance search option and enter the criteria (i.e. internship and accounting)
